Welcome to our website!

We are a newly created, multidimensional, dynamic research group interested particularly in entrepreneurial competencies’ creation and use. So far the education systems across industrialized world have been focused on “democratization of education” following the belief directly resulting from Becker’s Human Capital Theory that more education raises productivity and hence improves society’s welfare. This belief fully true as it is, has several shades when it comes to types and quality of education. Human capital in any of its forms, surely useful in production processes, has to be well applied and the necessary condition for that to come true is an education-job match. This match comes into question when one looks at the growing and persistent youth unemployment across industrialized countries. Looking at this picture a question arises: how can we combat unemployment among young people? This and other similar questions gave rise to our Group. We hope to shed some light on such questions with the aim of improving the world!
